Its an excellent place for work and relaxation. We stayed in 2 room and both were spotless with fine linens. The staff were respectful and nice. The most interesting was the sumptuous breakfast
My experience at Presken Hotels Fajodd was exceptional. The customer service was outstanding, and I found the rates to be very reasonable, offering great value for my stay. From the moment I arrived, the receptionist was welcoming, and the manager was incredibly friendly and proactive in addressing all of my requests. The Hotel Providence is very clean. The ambience is excellent. The staff are friendly and welcoming. The check-in and check-out processes went very smoothly. Our room was spacious and quiet. The room had two different types of electric sockets. It has a bath with a shower as well as a shower cubicle. The shower followed well. Vehicles that enter the hotel go through a security check. The buffer breakfast is very good. However, the range of fruits available is limited.
I really want to give compliments to the front desk and all the staff of the hotel for making it a great stay! Especially Debo who explained everything in detail and always all smiles! I will recommend this facility and I'll stay here again! I've stayed at Four Points which was wayyyyy more expensive with horrid rules! This hotel is very welcoming -- all the staff really do a great job! Kudos!!
