"I booked the apartment for 20 nights but on arrival I was told there is no reservation and I had to look for an alternative. No explanation was given, no solution, the hotel did not offer to accommodate me until they find the paperwork.
The hotel never offered any explanation, it is impossible to contact them, nobody answers the phone, the worst experience ever. No customer service whatsoever. Avoid!!!!"
"Looks a bit dated, but it was a nice and warm place. Clean facilities.
Really warm and amazing staff. Hannah at the front desk stands out. She Helped with making transport arrangements, and telling me a bit about the area. The breakfast spread on the rooftop was really great.
There was a brief issue of safety concerns during my stay, but the duty manager and his team handled it expertly, impressively and amicably. They were very professional.
I’ll definitely be back.

Awesome staff very polite and helpful. Very quiet environment and the rooms are very clean. The house keeping is awesome done in a timely manner. Food breakfast is so good wide range of verities. It’s a beautiful hotel and was amazed with how clean and well kept it looks! It has the state of art furnishings. Nice soft beds that compares favorably with likes if Hampton and Hilton at the USA. They have central air conditioning systems and rooms and hallways are connected to the system! They also have a good selection of breakfast buffet!

My experience at Presken Hotels Fajodd was exceptional. The customer service was outstanding, and I found the rates to be very reasonable, offering great value for my stay. From the moment I arrived, the receptionist was welcoming, and the manager was incredibly friendly and proactive in addressing all of my requests. I thoroughly enjoyed my time there and would highly recommend this hotel.
I have stayed there in Nov and Dec 2014. I like the renovated motel. The staff are very helpful. I will recommend it for it location and convenience. Also offers free WIFI at the lobby. I felt safe living there, security cameras almost everywhere. Very close to the International airport. Somewhat pricey though. I will rate it as very good for Nigerian standard.
this is one of the most hospitable and caring hotels I have ever lodged in. They are all out for the welfare and comfortability of their client. they made our stay worthwhile, thanks to all the wonderful staff.
This place made me feel so welcome, everyone was kind, courteous, and helpful. As a westerner (oyimbo) in a new country, I learned to curb my expectations a bit (like having an ATM that was always ready to dispense), but there were always workarounds for that. (Don’t visit Nigeria if you’re a spoiled brat!)
The room cleaning service was EXCELLENT. It was always such a pleasure to return to a nice, clean, cool room after a hot day’s adventure.
