"Enjoyed the hotel retreat from the city. It’s a nice resort hotel and upscale from the local hotels in town. We appreciated the quiet, clean retreat. The gym was excellent except for the broken bike. The pool was very relaxing but for a fee/ charge. The food selection is a good and while not the best, good given the convenience of not Traveling out. We had the breakfast buffet and it was expansive. "

"Very very clean, friendly staff. No frills, but everything you need, neat and in working order. Hard bed and pillows—but this is not uncommon in S Korea. Breakfast is Korean style, which might not appeal to some, but everything was fresh. Location is great—subway a short walk away, small restaurants right across the street, shopping around the corner. "Kolon Hotel was remodeled in 2023, so the beds and facilities (air conditioning, bathroom, amenities, etc.) were excellent. However, perhaps because it was only a renovation, the window frames are still a bit outdated. There weren’t any major downsides, but it wasn’t perfect either. It offers great value for money, and the breakfast in particular was outstanding and delicious. What I liked the most was the Time After Time exhibition. If you’re Korean, I highly recommend getting tickets. The program was great, the facilities were well maintained, and there was a lot to see. Both the kids and the whole family were very satisfied."
