Very convenient. Spa facilities weren't available on one of two days we were there which was a shame. Otherwise fine with good breakfast and spacious accommodation. .

One of the best hotels I have ever stayed in. Very well run with great staff. Facilities were first rate. Best Hotel Gym I have seen. Good Buffet restaurant. Just 2 blocks from the train and bus stations and an awesome 8 floor mall with great eats and an excellent market. Easy and not expensive to get a taxi for anywhere you want to go.

Clean room, large bathroom, great location close to the bus terminal and KTX station. A nespresso coffee machine would be a bonus in the room.

Water purifier dispenser for the room is so good. But the breakfast Buffett is not so superb compare to the cost. Staffs are so kind and responsive. Overall good to stay.

Very cleam room with huge space, being a king bed, extra usable sofabed, and 1m diameter round table with 1 chair.

Second time staying here this year. Walking distance from shinsegae department store makes it attractive despite not having too many dining options in the immediate area. Breakfast is great, room’s clean. Parking is limited and you may have to park at the parking tower, which makes it more difficult to grab your belongings if you’ve forgotten something

Really good rooms but parking here is horrible had to wait about 40minutes for the parking attendant to serve us.

This hotel was amazing. The room was modern and clean. And the staff was super accommodating. The food was delicious too! The only thing I would say is that the hotel did not have slippers, a robe, or extra toiletries in the room. But such a minor thing and I will 100% be back!

8/10 Very good

Our room was pretty clean but had obstructed view due to a building across. The beds were super comfy and meals at the Urban Kitchen was a true delight! We plan to visit again soon

6/10 Good

The hotel is located near Train Station so, location is very good. But the view was terrible and the service was very poor also. They were too late and looked amateur.
