"Pros: Excellent location (10–15 min walk to Old Town), exceptionally clean, and the staff were wonderful. Having a third-party parking garage right across the street was a massive convenience for our road trip base. Plus, having top-tier cocktail spots like Alkimia right around the corner made up for the hotel not having its own bar. Cons: The rooms are extremely small, which made it a little tight for settling in over a 7-night stay. Overall: Great value and location if you plan to be out exploring the Basque Country all day!"

"The room was very clean. Not overly spacious. Did not know the bed was actually a Murphy-style bed, not that it mattered. It was very firm. Pillows were great! Bathroom was very clean. It would have been nice if there were enough coffee pods for each person to have two cups each, for each day. The location was great for our needs. Not too far for walking to all parts of San Sebastián."
