Grand Hyatt Chengdu
"Here are the reviews: 1. Convenient Location The hotel is about a 5–8 minute walk from Chunxi Road Metro Station, making it a convenient choice for travellers who prefer exploring by public transport. There are also many shopping malls nearby, such as IFS and dining options within walking distance. 2. Excellent Housekeeping The room was cleaned thoroughly every day, and the tea and coffee supplies were replenished regularly. The housekeeper also paid attention to small details, such as ensuring the tissue box was always well stocked. These thoughtful touches were much appreciated. 3. Check-in and Check-out Experience During check-in, the staff attempted to upgrade us to a suite at an additional cost, even though we had already prepaid our stay through Hotels.com. We politely declined the offer, and the check-in process continued smoothly. It is common for hotels to request a security deposit at check-in. However, we were surprised that the required deposit was RMB 3,000, which we felt was relatively high compared with our previous hotel stays. At check-out, the staff provided a receipt confirming that the RMB 3,000 deposit had been released and advised us to contact our credit card issuer if there were any issues with the refund. While we understand that the actual refund timing depends on the credit card company, it would have been reassuring if the hotel had explained the expected processing timeframe more clearly."
Grand ParcVue Hotel Residence Chengdu
"We really loved this place! There was plenty of space for the whole family, and the room had pretty much everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The staff were friendly, helpful, and welcoming, and the location was great. The only minor downside is that the nearest subway station is a bit of a walk. Unfortunately, it was raining during our stay, and we noticed water leaking in several areas of the hotel, including the dining area and the covered pickleball court. Hopefully, these issues can be addressed and repaired soon. The food was excellent and of good quality. We also really enjoyed having so many activity options, including the gym, swimming pool, and outdoor sports court. Overall, it was a great place for a family stay, and we would definitely consider coming back."

Pagoda Design Hotel Chengdu Chunxiroad Taikoo Li
"From the start till the end of our stay has been wonderful. Given a high floor room with such a lovely view. Hotel also took extra effort to decorate our room as it was our wedding anniversary. Free mini fridge welcome drinks were provided. Buffet breakfast had plentiful of food from Western to Chinese cuisine. They also provide free high tea and night supper too. Location is excellent just 10 mins walk to Chunxi road and train station. Every staff is polite and friendly so really can’t ask for more with such a good nightly rate."
SSAW Garden Hotel Chengdu - Chunxi Road Taikoo Li Branch
"Amazing stay ! Nice view ! Centrally located ! Very clean ! Beautiful suite! Helpful staffs ! Free laundry! Very good breakfast buffet! Definitely will stay again ! Highly recommended!"
Echeng Hotel
"Great comfortable and modern hotel. Free laundry with dryer is a plus. The staff were not exactly the most helpful. The one who checked me in didn’t even know what she was doing - first asked me to pay 300 yuan or so although I paid in full for my one night. Then she later said oh no sorry. Then asked for my visa while my passport was with her and there was a clear transit sticker. Anytime I asked a question, I got a blunt response like someone who didn’t care. But hotel itself is decent. Great location. Walking distance to places."
The Ritz-Carlton, Chengdu
"Great hotel great service!"
The St. Regis Chengdu
"Property was excellent with exceptional service. Breakfast caters for all palates. Staff are extremely efficient and attentive. I would recommend this hotel for everyone."
