Stunning property with incredible architecture and location on cliff side next to see and overlooking the town. Wonderful staff and owner that offered to drive me to the ferry when the taxi was not showing up on time. Good menu for dinner. Great breakfast and unbeatable setting. The only problem was that although they say to preserve water, it takes 10-15 minutes for the water in the shower to get warm. Investing in a new water heating system should be top priority. We arrived via Liberty Lines ferry, and it was a short walk to the hotel. We checked right in and were shown the room.
It was very spacious and had a kitchenette with stovetop to make a light meal. We had a drying rack outside our room and chairs and table in our patio.

This is a fantastic boutique hotel. The service was amazing a golf cart unexpectedly picked us from the hydrofoil, for free. This is an excellent family-owned hotel with fabulous decor just a 10 minute walk from the ferry terminal. It's location about 3 minutes from the main street means it's nice and quiet. There is a fabulous breakfast from 7:30 each day. The bar is open (on request) all the time, and someone on the desk 24 hours. The staff are very helpful, with excellent English.

The room was comfortable and the breakfast terrace was a great way to start the day. The location is great, a short 5 minute walk into the main port area. I do recommend taking them up on their transfer offer to the port, I booked my own cab and it was 3x the price.
The only issues I ran into was that the WiFi wasn't strong enough to do much of anything...no streaming on the TV, no video calls, my cell service was faster. If you need reliable internet service, look elsewhere.

The hotel is italian-style with the owner checking you in and someone else at the front desk helping out too. We had an excellent visit- the staff were very helpful. They picked us up from the ferry, had beach towels available, and even packed us a breakfast bag for our early ferry. Breakfast was plentiful, rooms were nice and the whole hotel is very clean and beautiful.
You can't go wrong with the Arciduca! The place feels like your own personal villa in the heart of Lipari. Great lunch and dining options! The rooms are convenient and beautiful. Service is outstanding. Highly recommended.
We loved to stay in this hotel, location is excellent and Ariana and Lorenza were very nice and helpful when specially we needed some information about Lipari and others islands. I wish I could remember all names because the whole staff was wonderful. Special thanks to this gentleman that was there almost every night during our stay always helping us! Rocce Azzurre is a lovely hotel with this natural "swimming pool" right in front of it! We definitely would stay there again.

We were so pleasantly surprised by this property. They welcomed us with a cold drink and seated us in the pretty patio while they got our rooms ready (earlier than expected). The pool was lovely and the rooms were cute, very clean, and had shutters on the outside. It was a 10 minute walk into the heart of town. Breakfast was very good. So much better than the photos led us to expect!
