"The staff at Regina Wengen could not have been more helpful and friendly. WOW!! Our room had a balcony with an AMAZING view of the mountains. We could have sat there all day on our balcony as it was truly unbelievable, but there were mountain trails and peaks to climb. The breakfast too was SOOOO good. We only got to enjoy it one day as we had to leave early the second morning, but the staff made us a bagged breakfast. We were warned that it would not be that great, but it was appreciated nonetheless. The saunas were an added bonus. The only thing about Regina that needs addressed is her bedroom furniture, namely the chairs. Very stained. Still, it has to be one of the best hotel room views in the world."

Only complaint was the towels were awful. Like - scratchy and small - something you'd find at a low-budget hotel. Really seemed off-brand to have cheap towels at a nice hotel."

Also, it was very difficult to use the shower without spraying the entire bathroom. The family room was perfect for us with adequate room to stand up in the loft."
