"Beautiful hotel, grounds and staff. Made for the perfect base to discover Amalfi coast, Pompeii and an easy train to Rome. The pool is fantatsic and open until late, great for a quick refresh after a hot day exploring this part of Italy. Our junior suite room in the main building with views of the mountain, the grounds, the pool, Naples and even a bit of the sea was beyond our expectations."

"Amazing staff! From Genny in the cafe by the pool, to Antonio or Emilio at the desk, the staff making up the rooms, or anyone in the breakfast room (our bkfst waiter from Poland was delightful and a polyglot) , or driving the complimentary shuttle to Capri, everyone was most helpful, professional, and warm. The location right above the water is precious, but the team that runs the Weber Ambassador is most remarkable. Thank you, Grazie, Muchas gracias to all!"

"Further from the airport than most places, but I chose that on purpose and was very happy with it! Walking distance to many places around it, good midpoint as a tourist, between Naples INT and the ruins of Pompeii, went and saw the ruins. Could see Mount Vesuvio from outside, very cool. Right on the water, very beautiful, excellent staff. Had everything at the pool bar except Tequila. My friend is Latino, we need our Tequila! Overall, Friendly and helpful and I wish I stayed longer. 5 stars"

"Great service everywhere; pool, garage, restaurant and reception. Reception was very helpful to book touristic tours, rental car etc. Hotel even has shuttle service which was nice as the train station is a little far."

"To start, the staff greeted us as we arrived and collected our luggage to bring inside for an early check in. All the staff was so knowledgeable about the city and provided a detailed map with things to do and areas to explore. The breakfast spread was outstanding with a plethora of fresh meats and cheeses, fruits, veggies and pastries. And delicious made to order coffees!
