"Good hotel for when visiting Rome with a car. Easy access from the motorway. Free parking. Friendly staff. Spotless rooms. Nice breakfast. The free shuttle service to the Laurentina metro station was a bonus. I'd definitely stay here again."
"We stayed at this hotel for seven nights and we loved it. The staff was friendly. The rooms were clean. Overall, place highly recommended hotel. It’s located right in the heart of Roma. Getting around you need a taxi. Taxis are easily accessible. The hotel and staff were AMAZING 🙌 Thank you for making our stay first visit to Roma memorable 💙"
"Unbeatable location, and the AC was a treat in the roman heat. The bed was comfy, the sheets were clean, and the water pressure was good. It was fit for purpose"
"This is a very big hotel in Rome and incredibly clean with spacious rooms. The breakfast area in the mornings was very impressive with a vast selection of food and drinks. The staff were also very helpful. I’d definitely stay there again."
"On the outside the first impression was a little dull and underwhelming. But the inside, rooms, personel, breakfast. Everything was 10/10. Easy access by car, cheap parking and one of the most affordable and close to city center hotels you can find.
We took a walk in the evening to central Rome. We will come back many times!"
"This place is amazing and will be our go-to place when in Rome. 15 minutes from the airport (FCO) with an hourly shuttle. We only stayed as hotel guests, but next time we will extend our stay an make use of the Spa. Staff is incredible and the service is top notch."
"Other than the housekeeping, my stay was nice. Staff were accommodating even giving me tips on which churches to visit while there. The food at their restaurant was delicious but watch out for the carbonara…it was a little too salty for my taste but the flavor was great. Every other dish was amazing. The bar staff was top notch and always filled my Brumate with ice before my daily excursions into Rome. Workout room was clean and well stocked with towels. Their pool was the perfect recovery for...
"We stayed 1 night just before leaving Italy. It was the perfect place to decompress and slow down after several busy days in Rome and Florence. The people are kind, the beach is wonderful and the pace is welcoming.
The hotel was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was good - a typical continental breakfast.
Staff was helpful. We used their shuttle to the airport and it was quick and on time.
Great stay!"
"Good sized room and comfortable stay. The train is right in front of the doors so it is convenient to travel into Rome. Close to the airport for an easy departure."
"The San Francesco hotel lived up to its reviews! It was located off the beaten path from all the hustle and bustle of central Rome. The staff was absolutely delightful, informative, warm and extremely helpful! It was wonderful to walk a block into the heart of the local restaurants and wine bars. Get the breakfast each morning, it’s well worth it!"
"Wonderful room in a great neighbourhood. Walking distance from Trastevere.
Staff is very helpful and there is A/C in the rooms (not indicated). Would stay here again!"
"A very nice hotel in Trastevere, the restaurant area of Rome. Lots of good restaurants around and very walkable day and night. And with a 25 minute walk across the river, you’re in the middle of old Rome. The rooftop is very nice for an afternoon drink and maybe dinner (haven’t eaten there)."
"We had such an amazing stay here. The pool was EVERYTHING for my 6 year old son, the staff was incredibly sweet and helpful, and the rooms were comfortable. The included colazione was also a nice bonus! Highly recommend this hotel."
"Classic Italian hotel in a convenient location 10 min walk from Pyramide meteo station and Ostiense train station. The rooms were spacious and the breakfast was good - Only negative is that it was warm in the room but that's not a big deal- would recommend for a stay in Ostiense or Testaccio "

I stayed at Fly Deco for a night, with a flight the following day to and from Sicily. The shuttle was very convenient to the airport. I selected this location because of the water views of the sea.
This is an excellent, clean, and quiet hotel with helpful attendants. Check in attendant provided a map with detailed instructions of how to take the bus (COTRAL) to the airport for $1.30, including the times that matched our departure, and would also arrange a shuttle ($7.50pp) if that was what we preferred. Room was large, clean, and quiet. Free breakfast had an excellent selection and a resident barista making cappuccino, latte, etc. This was a great final stay after our Mediterranean...
We stayed here before a flight and so happy we found it. It is a beautiful space. Relaxing beach vibes, designed well and comfortable, friendly and helpful staff, and good food. We would definitely stay here again. Highly recommended.
Front desk staff was super friendly, helpful and accommodating. Starting from a warm welcome, explaining benefits that came with our booking, recommending great restaurants in the vicinity, to booking a car in the early morning hours to Rome airport. Room while small was clean and comfy, and the location close to sights like the Trevi Fountain, Pantheon etc. is unbeatable! Highly recommend this hotel.
We really enjoyed relaxing in the spa after a long day traveling and sight seeing. The beds were very comfortable and the bathroom had a very large walk in shower. They allowed us to check our luggage in the early am so we could site see. The shuttle runs in the hour, dropped off right by Vatican City, and only cost 1.5E
This is our second time staying here. The service is great, the bed is so comfortable and it’s around the corner from the Trevi Fountain. I would highly recommend it. We will be back on our next trip to Rome.
The most beautiful, artistic & well thought out hotel in Roma. They always go above and beyond expectations. The rooms are beautiful and relaxing. My favorite hotel.
Great location for Rome . We walked to almost all attractions and restaurants. It can be loud during night due to the location but did not bother us . Excellent place and very safe
We had a great couple of nights at Rome Life Hotel. Quiet yet beautifully located in Monti. Nice bar, fantastic breakfast and neighborhood restaurants abound. Recommended!
We stayed here 3 times during this trip to Italy and have reviewed it previously as well.
Let me start with a shout out to Ash, a great bartender.
All of the front desk staff are outstanding and it's difficult to single anyone out. They're ALL great.
During breakfast, we wound up feeling like Felicia was family.
We will absolutely use this hotel again and are genuinely looking forward to seeing our new friends again.
We absolutely loved our stay. The location at the top of the Spanish Steps is perfect when exploring Rome by foot. The provided breakfast buffet was wonderful.
I will be returning to Rome in 2026 and I will definitely stay here for that visit.
Very good hotel with free laundry room, a section with pool and ping pong tables. Restaurant was actually good. Also there is a walking section with lounge tables that was nice
Felt safe in the hotel. Only drawback is the area around the hotel is not nice so we usually took taxis. However I recommend this hotel.
Great location if coming from the train station. A lot to see with in walking distance as well and many different restaurants. Only offset is the space for breakfast a little cramped, but still worth the stay. Staff are super friendly and accommodate when able. We showed up 3 hours earlier than expected, only were going to drops our luggage, and see some sights while we wait for the room to be ready. They asked if we could wait for 5 minutes. We waited for the five minutes and they advised the...
The staff was all friendly, welcoming, and knowledgable. The hotel was walkable to most all attractions and sites. It was in a quiet and safe area by the American embassy. The rooftop garden patio was a wonderful place to relax day and night with scenic views of the Vatican and city. A great escape from crowded, noisy streets. I will gladly stay here again. It was close to the train station for easy access to and from ports, destinations, and airports.
