"One of my favorite properties in Atlanta m/Dunwoody (perimeter). Good hotels are hard to find! The staff is always nice and greeting with a smile. The rooms and property is always clean. Close to shopping and food (across the street). Beautiful area to walk. I stayed here for the first time in 2023 and when people ask me for hotel in the area, I always send them here. "

"Management J, J, & J were the best!!! Went above and beyond to assure my Princess and I celebrated and enjoyed her birthday and a welcoming stay! Everyone was attentive and committed to assuring our stay was comfortable and enjoyable, not to mention thoughtful and memorable with cake for the birthday girl! "Expedia.com did NOT inform me that this hotel was valet park only for $55 per night. Further the number 404-566-6383 texted me after I had checked in that self-park was available for $45 per night. When I inquired at the front desk they said that text was from a bogus number not belonging to the hotel. He reassured me this hotel was valet park only. That is $110 I did not plan on spending because of Expedia.com’s fault for not letting me know. Else, I would have chosen a different hotel. This is UNACCEPTABLE! I would like to request Expedia.com refund me $110 for my stay. Regards, "

"It is a lovely well maintained property. The front desk personnel were very pleasant & the location is superior. This will be our new go to hotel when visiting Sandy Springs."

"The hotel staff lack of communication amongst each other almost ruined my trip. I paid for a very late check out and they kept harassing me asking when I will be checking out. Knocking on my door twice and at one point coming in unprovoked after not hearing a timely response. (I got up in less than a minute.) Stains were left on sheets, pillows, my bed was dirty. We complained they never came to clean it. If you have your do not disturb sign on your door, expect to be disturbed by the staff who doesn't communicate."
