"I had an excellent stay at Hotel Krakow during a trip with my sister, and the whole experience was wonderful from beginning to end. The staff were incredibly friendly, attentive, and always willing to help, which made us feel genuinely welcome throughout our stay.
Our room was spotless, comfortable, and beautifully presented, giving us the perfect place to relax after exploring the city. The hotel had a warm and inviting atmosphere, and every detail felt thoughtfully looked after. Staying here...

Escape the hustle and bustle of everyday life at Swoszowice Spa in Swoszowice. Hotels.com travelers also like the cathedral, churches, and museums in the area.
Swoszowice is home to Centrum Kultury Podgórza - Fort Borek, so why not stop by during your stay in Kraków. If you have fun at Centrum Kultury Podgórza - Fort Borek, you'll love Jordan Park and Aquarium and Natural History Museum, both located nearby.
It was a surprise that this hotel was so lovely--for the price, especially. I was only staying here because it seemed nice enough for a one-night stop to pick up my fella from the nearish Krakow airport, but it would have been worth a longer stay, for sure.
It has a kinda old-world thing going on, with big private balconies and lots of burgundy and lots of dark wood, but the pool and soaking tub is in a very shiny, fetchingly designed new building.
The staff is young, vibrant and all...
The hotel overall was very good, great buffet breakfast , clean room, but the sofa bed was too small for my two children, I wish that they would mention the size of sofa while booking the room, I would get an extra rollaway. Also, the free wifi didn't work on 8th floor, which was strange, because it worked on the 10th floor at our previous room when we visited earlier. Well, the stay was nice, hotel is little further from Old Town, but shuttle service provided for free is very helpful to get you...
We loved this hotel and have already talked to our friends about it. Great location, right near the river and walking distance to Wawel Royal Castle. Very friendly and helpful staff. Our room was gorgeous and it included free breakfast buffet and free wifi.
Whenever I visit Kraków, I will definitely stay at the Niebieski.
The staff here was amazing! They were incredible at giving us help navigating the city, tours and keeping us up to date on closures with the coronovirus. The morning we left, they had the taxi driver there early so we wouldn't miss our flights and made us a very delicious lunch to take with us. The hotel is in a perfect location between the Glowny train station and old town. The free breakfast in the morning is complete and fantadtic. I highly recommend this hotel if visiting in Krakow.
Big disappointment of reception staff about the trip to salt mine booked at reception.
No one at the hotel did not turn our attention to the tickets was at reception and payment therefore, also the driver didn't ask for tickets or any ID.
At the mine a reddish girl represented as the company guide asked us to pay 300 pln each couple - so we did!
Also she knows we are from Kossak hotel she takes the money without giving us any receipt (We were in group 4)
Then the reception staff asked us to...
Convenient and close location to the main market...parking is convenient, and you can keep an eye out on your car...well worth the cost of parking here, versus in the street....room was spacious, new and solid....three choices of English news (CNN, BBC and DW)....not much else, though, for TV entertainment. Restaurant was good, and the morning breakfast buffet had a great variety to choose from...well worth the purchase. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel!
Location is a bit far from tourist destinations like Old Town or The Jewish Quarter. So you’ll need to uber or take transit. That said, there is both a bus and tram stop right outside that connects to those places (as well as the main train station) easily.
Great new hotel a stones throw from the main square and the main railway station. Nice sized rooms and comfortable beds. There’s a little bar in the lobby and decent breakfast. For a 3.5 star hotel it definitely punches above its weight.
