"Firstly, the directions were perfect! It can difficult in another country and Dubrovnik is narrow to say the least. So grateful for clear correct direction. "We liked the hotel location, a little out of the hustle-and-bustle of the Old Town, but about 5 mins away on the nr. 4 bus route. Our rooms were nice, and breakfast was really good - plenty of choice and space in the dining room. It's a short walk to Bellevue Beach too, if you would prefer the Adriatic to the hotel pool. Staff were very helpful at reception and concierge."

I loved the front patio area complete with garden and an olive tree. Wished that I had more free time to sit out there with a cup of coffee in the morning. Room was spacious and well equipped. The owner was very sweet and accommodating, although I initially had difficulty contacting her. That was due to problems with the Travelocity app, though, not her. Tomas is a superhost! He took care of everything, from check in to check out. Starting with parking, he saved us from making an exorbinant parking mistake. He personally walked us to the apt, which was sumptiously decorated, with everything one will need when traveling. Also extremely clean and comfortable. The location is the best in the city, minutes from Pile Gate. He shared recommendations of the best places to eat. Tomas made sure we had a Five star experience!

Great place to stay in Dubrovnik. Quiet location but steps to the action and to a grocery store. Ancient on the outside, but a Manhattan apartment inside. Perfect for suitcases on rollers. (no steps)
A wonderful place to stay. The location cannot be beat. The service was friendly and helpful. The parking requires coordinating a shuttle. The paint in the room was peeling and the room door was challenging to lock and unlock. Besides those minor things, this place was perfect.
Bonus Tip: avoid the restaurant 5 Above, it was the worst food I have had in the 14 countries I have visited outside the US. Also for those thinking of going onto Montenegro, the long lines at the border aren’t worth...
Hotel Bellevue is a great value for the quality and service. Overall the staff was excellent, friendly, helpful and accommodating. Ivana at the front desk was extremely friendly and helpful - she answered my questions before I asked on setting up my Covid test. She is a true asset to the hotel. WOW!!! I was speechless at this hotel. We stayed for two glorious nights and it was better than the best Marriott I have stayed at. Not only was it only a few years old, but the rooms were huge and the shower was to die for. We went down for breakfast (included in the minimal amount) and I actually asked the receptionist if that spread was the one included in our nightly price. Hotel Kazbek was great-a convenient fifteen minute bus trip to the old city including walking to the stop, good breakfast, and helpful staff. We lost a bag through the airline and when they inexplicably delivered it to Kazbek four days after we had left, the hotel staff contacted us and held onto it until we could arrange for it to be picked up and forwarded.
