Yes, it is a bit of a climb up from the old town and closest restaurants and supermarkets are a bit of a walk, but there is a bus that gets you close by (a downstairs walk away as opposed to climbing stairs). Would definitely stay there again."

"We liked the hotel location, a little out of the hustle-and-bustle of the Old Town, but about 5 mins away on the nr. 4 bus route. Our rooms were nice, and breakfast was really good - plenty of choice and space in the dining room. It's a short walk to Bellevue Beach too, if you would prefer the Adriatic to the hotel pool. Staff were very helpful at reception and concierge."

This was a great choice for my stay in Dubrovnik. The morning and sunset views were unmatched. We arrived late but the host still took time to show us around the property and was very patient with our plane delay.

We just returned from a lovely stay at Hotel More. Of course the surroundings are magnificent. But the hotel staff and on-site facilities are what make or break a hotel. Delicious food, beautiful pools with views over the sea. Total relaxation. The staff treated our family with care and kindness each and ever encounter. Our waitress at the on-site restaurant remembered our child's favorite meal. The prices are not cheap, but I am willing to pay extra for fabulous service.

We have been traveling for some time now and Katarina was just what we needed. It is quiet, very close to old town (8 -10 minute walk) on bus routes to all of Dubrovnik. But most of all it was Katarina and er family hat make this the perfect place. Katarina arranged our day trip to Montenegro and her son drove us to the airport to catch the early flight!
Highly recommend Villa Katarina if you want to have a Dubrovnik family supporting you without being intrusive.
I loved the front patio area complete with garden and an olive tree. Wished that I had more free time to sit out there with a cup of coffee in the morning. Room was spacious and well equipped. The owner was very sweet and accommodating, although I initially had difficulty contacting her. That was due to problems with the Travelocity app, though, not her. Everything was great during our stay. A/C could be better but worked well. Breakfast buffet was ver wide ranging and had plenty of options. Staff were great and friendly and helpful. Pools were nice but kids loved the slides but they get old ofter a few days. Overall great stay and great accommodations. Would come back here again.
We had no idea where to check in. The address of the property from Expedia gave to indication that it was an apartment managed by The Sheraton Hotel so we had difficulty finding it - finally had to park and call property number.

My husband and I stayed in this resort for about 5 days, was a great experience, all the staff was very friendly, always making sure we were happy. The only thing is that this resort is in a island you need to take a 30 mins ferry and only comes 4 times a day, also a lot of stars so if you have hip of knee problems something to keep in mind...overall great experience
