Room had a beautiful view of the sea and was very clean. I can't remember the manager's name, but he was there when we arrived and he was very helpful in talking about the city and other things.

Everything about the stay exceeded expectations. Very large room and bathroom. Comfortable bed. Delicious breakfast. Grounds were beautiful and so unique. Had an amazing stay.

Hotel was beautiful and Josipa was amazing. All the staff were helpful and the setting rooms were gorgeous. Breakfast was included and fantastic. Would highly recommend and would absolutely stay again if I find my way back to Dubrovnik.

The hotel is wonderful! The architecture and location are excellent. The room was large and comfortable. The only downside was that the refrigerator didn't keep things very cold. The staff isn't very responsive via text, but they're very attentive in person. Breakfast is wonderful. The bar is good, and the food at the restaurant is exceptional.

I never leave a review, but I wan't to say how thankful I am that this hotel was available. My daughter and her friends rented a hostel and it was not so appeasing and after hours of trying to find a new place to stay this gem was available. The rooms were spacious, affordable and most importantly clean. Couldn't be more appreciate of this 5 star place.

All aspects of this facility are outstanding! The room was excellent with a view of the sea. Breakfast was beyond outstanding out on the patio overlooking the water. Every single member of the staff was incredibly courteous and helpful.

This boutique hotel is a gem. There are only 5 or 6 rooms and the property faces the Adriatic. The views are stunning. Walkable to Old Town. The tourism staff working at the property are very friendly and helpful. All of the staff are warm, kind and professional. Dinner at the hotel is an event not to be missed - delicious. We fell in love with this property and its staff. We will be back! Highly recommend.

We really enjoyed our stay at this villa. The location,ambience,rooms were top class, unique and special. I can highly recommend the restaurant,it was one of the best culinary experiences we have had anywhere in the world. The staff were very friendly & obliging making our stay unforgettable.

The location is good, about a 25 minute walk to Old Town and in a very peaceful area surrounded by nature with spectacular views of the Adradic Sea. This is not a typical hotel, rather a restored mansion built in 1914 with only 3 spacious bedrooms. It is part of a school that prepares students for working in tourism. Eager students, supervised by professional staff, do most of the work. We felt like the owners of the mansion and loved our time here. There is a bus stop in front of the entrance.

beautifully restored, very comfortable, just a few rooms and guests. Very quite. Rooms were lovely and well appointed. Just a couple of comments, the curtains were very hard to pull/close and the music system for the restaurant was just under the window of our room. It is portable and could be moved around the corner.

Ficamos 6 noites e a camreira só entrava para arrumar a cama, eu precisei solicitar reposição de sabonete e shampoo, o quarto nao foi varrido e nem passado um pano no chão em nenhum dia. Funcionarios extremamente gentis. Café da manhã extremamente demorado, como é servido em bandeja, vem aos poucos, ficamos um dia sem tomar café pois tinhamos passeio de barco agendado. O restaurante tem chefe michellin e o cardápio bem restrito, com porções pequenas e sem opçoes. Na verdade o hotel está em reforma, não tem estrutura com academia, piscina, na minha percepção era um hostel e está sendo transformado... não tem recepção, fechadura eletronica para entrada do hotel e no quarto.

Great location overlooking the water. As this is a converted villa, they do not have a front desk to check in. They use key codes to enable entry in the villa and your room. I did not know this until I arrived. Expedia sent me multiple emails while I was in flight and I did not have a chance to check emails when I touched down to get this info. Fortunately there was staff there to help me out. My room was large and modern. Very comfortable

Me and my girlfriend went there 2 nights, the place is amazing, an astonishing building resembling a royal palace, with an elegant garden. the room has a super view over the sea so romantic during sunset and susnshine. Double bed was very comfortable with many pillows, the bathroom had both shower and bath and double sink and mirrors. Room has a mini-fridge. Staff was super nice and careful to details, we were eating outside over the sea view, like a royal family or VIPs. Breakfast were delicious and very generous. It seemed everything unreal because it was so excellent and amazing like a beautiful dream. Such excellent accomodation and service at that afforbale price! super satisfied and happy like a honeymoon. we will come back for sure. compliments!
