Private, quiet place suitable for business and family trip.

We booked this hotel after reading about its 5 star reviews on expedia and trip advisor. Very glad to say that it didn't disappoint but exceeded our expectations. We pre-informed the hotel that we were coming for our honeymoon and they decorated our rooms with flowers and swan love birds which made the experience even better. The staff were extremely friendly and always greeted us when they saw us with a warm smile. Nikki at the front desk helped us book a next day tour package to Phi Phi...

The property is. Is. On conveniently located right in Old town. It’s well maintained with friendly stuff and facilities well designed for wheelchair using disabled travelers. Which is an important requirement for me rooms are spacious and well layer out. Combust beds and room amenities

Loved this hotel! It’s modern, clean, and in a great location. The staff was friendly and helpful, beds and pillows were super comfortable, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Highly recommend!

Quiet, tranquil and very spacious.

Property layout is awesome with nice pools and across the street from the beautiful and clean Patong beach! We stayed 6 nights and wished it was longer!

Very friendly staff. The pool was nice to swim in after a long hot day of exploring the island. The elevator was very quick. I didn’t try the food but I had coffee from the cafe a few times which was good. They kept me regularly restocked on water and towels

Staff were very helpful and kind. Supermarket about 5 minutes from the hotel. Lots of dining options a short taxi ride away.

Everything was great!

I come here regularly. The staff were friendly and fun even though I was up to mischief. In hindsight, I appreciate the underserved kindness and patience given me. The hotel is in a good location and spotless with a great in-room breakfast.

We stayed in Villa 11 and it was perfect. Tim was extremely helpful with our stay. Breakfast was included every morning. They came and cleaned the villa anytime we needed transportation or wanted to do anything they were helpful in arrangements. The view is gorgeous. Great family getaway. For my birthday they also decorated the villa and sent a floaty filled with different Thai pastries. Great experience.

This is definitely a high-end, condo-like resort. The kind of place where you would go for a honeymoon or something. I was here for a few days, alone with my pint of Thai rum. The room is clean and spacious. Fridge, stove, sink, and microwave for cooking, etc. You could probably live here for a few months. When I arrived, it was a little rainy and the pathways around the complex were extremely slippery trying to navigate them with my $5 Walmart flip-flops.

What a wonderful experience at the Nai Harn hotel! The hotel is beautiful and we had an amazing stay here. The rooms are spacious and have a stunning view overlooking the bay. The staff were always so helpful and friendly. Breakfast was a bit underwhelming but there are many choices. We loved our stay at the Nai Harn and would love to come back!!
