I loved the place. It is beautiful, clean, modern. The rooms and bathrooms are very spacious. The view from the large balcony is to die for.
The people at the front desk extended themselves way beyond what you would imagine. Helpful, respectful and always ready to prove you with the information needed.

This hotel was one of the best experiences I’ve ever had. The family that own it are so helpful and kind , they will do everything to accommodate you, with a smile and sincerity that you just don’t find in other hotels.

Beautiful views of the sea from the pool. Friendly & helpful staff, every one. Really, everyone we met in Dubrovnik was friendly. Breakfast was great - lots of choices and good quality.
Price was reasonable, but we stayed just as they were opening after COVID-19 lockdown, so prices might have been discounted. We paid $210/night.
They have an indoor lap pool which is long enough to swim laps, and a useful gym, but hours are limited.

This hotel may look far from the old city, but it is close to the most beautiful promenade I have ever seen! A short walk gets you to restaurants and beaches and a view to die for! Getting to the old city is a quick and inexpensive bus ride away. And Anita is the most gracious host who knows everything you will need to make your visit interesting and relaxing. And there is parking, which is an absolute must in Dubrovnik.
Hotel Kazbek was great-a convenient fifteen minute bus trip to the old city including walking to the stop, good breakfast, and helpful staff. We lost a bag through the airline and when they inexplicably delivered it to Kazbek four days after we had left, the hotel staff contacted us and held onto it until we could arrange for it to be picked up and forwarded.

Excellent hotel in the heart of the old city. Air conditioner worked perfectly. I could close the shutters so the room was dark and quiet at night. Beautiful room with comfortable bed, excellent shower. Only slight negative was the lack of elevator, but this isn’t in the control of the owners, who have to adhere to local regulations on construction. Would stay again if I ever come back to Dubrovnik.
The location is perfect! Few things for you to know:
- no elevator (few stairs)
- no self check-in
- no electronic key access (traditional key)
- noisy (but it is expected)
- no ironing option
- no staff onsite
- no safe (but I didn't needed, it looks pretty safe)
- you have work with your check-in schedule to accommodate your host schedule to make sure she is there for you to access the building when you arrive.

The hotel is very clean and modern, since it was renovated recently and the staff are incredibly friendly and helpful both at the front desk and restaurant downstairs. Our room was clean, air conditioned, spacious and very comfortable, and was made available to us before the 3pm check-in time! A/C, kitchenette, firm mattress and a modern bathroom (shower only) make this place a joy to stay at. Parking is very difficult but Anna will guide you if you call when you are on your way and, again, when you near Dubrovnik. Niksa even led us to a parking spot on his motorcycle!

Great location, close to the Pile gate. Easy to walk through but a little tricky to find because it is down a little alleyway with a small sign. Breakfast was excellent which is included. Very clean and comfortable.
Many restaurants, coffee shops and bars in area. Frequent & inexpensive (~$1.50 dollars) public bus near by to take one into the old walled city. Only (very minor) issue is our beds were squeaky.
