"My experience at this hotel was very disappointing. From the moment we arrived, the customer service was poor, the staff had a bad attitude, didn’t smile, and showed no interest in helping. The room was also not properly prepared. There were no towels or soap available, which are basic essentials you expect at any hotel. We had to ask multiple times, and even then, the response was slow. The breakfast area was another major issue. The quality was very poor, with limited options and everything felt unorganized and neglected. It definitely did not meet acceptable standards. It feels like they think that just because they’re located in front of a mall, they are exclusive, but the reality is that the service and overall experience don’t match that expectation. I would not recommend this hotel and definitely would not stay here again."

The level of service throughout the hotel is top-notch, with everyone going above and beyond to ensure a memorable stay. Honestly, if I could give more than 5 stars, I would gladly give them a 10. Highly recommended—this place truly sets the standard for hospitality."
