"Staff were very helpful and welcoming, and the hotel facilities exceeded my expectations. Air con in the room was great, I enjoyed having a balcony (room 208), the pool area was lovely and breakfast choice was good. A bonus was the use of a water cooler/hot water machine in the corridor. Very close to the castle area."

Easy to access from Autoroute with simple access into Narbonne Thoughtfully placed us on quiet side of building. Parking always easy and felt secure. Decent breakfast provision. "Great place to stay in the centre of Carcassonne. Transfer back from and to car park was smooth and actually quite fun. The garden courtyard is a great place to cool off, have a drink or have breakfast. It was essential for us as we had our dog with us. Rooms are good but ours was very small. Great partner restaurant next door. Room quite soundproof from the partying going on nearby. Air con was a blessing. It's a quick stroll to everything Carcassonne has to offer."

"We booked this hotel for one night during the heat wave after leaving our Airbnb early, and it was exactly what we needed. Check in was quick and efficient. We arrived around 8pm and our room was already assigned with keys waiting for us. The room was simple but very clean and comfortable. It had a queen bed, a sofa that converted into two twin beds, and a mini fridge that was convenient for storing a few items. The highlight of our stay was the air conditioning. The room stayed at a cool 20.5°C /69°F and we all had the best night’s sleep since arriving in France. After several hot nights, this hotel provided a much needed escape from the heat. Nothing fancy, but clean, dependable, and exactly what we were looking for."

"What a lovely stay. One of the friendliest hotels I’ve recently stayed at. Room was large and comfortable. Facilities are great and we made use of the pool in the heat wave. Location is fabulous and only a 5 min walk to the medieval city. Thank you so much for a lovely stay."
