"Really good location to visit the port and everything it has to offer. Room very comfortable, and staff were great at helping us store luggage as we arrived early before we checked in later in day. Lots of good places to eat and drink nearby."
"Fantastic place! Very clean, front desk staff great and helpful, and room wonderful- smallish but sufficient. Best aspect of hotel was location-frequent city bus to and from train station came down main road (via Grande) with stop near hotel."
"Erg vriendelijke ontvangst door de engels sprekende receptioniste.
Mooie kamer aan de straatkant met balkon. Lift was handig voor onze 2 oudere honden."

If you want to see a show while you're in town, try and grab some tickets at Teatro San Marco in Venezia Nuova. If you want to experience more of the culture Livorno has to offer, head to Fortezza Nuova, Palazzo Grande, and Mercato Centrale.
Excellent, exceptional stay. Cleanest sheets and linens, wonderful service and amenities. When my son left behind a stuffed bear and a sports t-shirt, they sent us a picture, let us know, and connected us to a shipping company that is sending it back to us. It was a super easy process. They think of everything.
all you would expect from a 4 -5 star hotel way bellow price, sauna, amenities , aqua delba soap an shampoo, full chanel tv air conditioner ....gim.
great price value
We got in late but the staff was great. The location is awesome, as well. We were only a few steps away from the Pisa Tower area. There was a nice cafe across the street where we had breakfast.
We liked the Infinity pool but the deck around it was falling apart and there was bird poop all over the railings and the deck for the entire week we were there without being cleaned.
The first breakfast we had outside a very large seagull took our food right off our plates and it happened to another couple upstairs those birds are a big problem. We did like our room very much and the hotel is beautiful.
We would not return.
Beautiful hotel - a gem - beautiful surroundings by the sea. Loved the breakfast. Very good food in the restaurant, but you can’t be in a hurry..
Situated in a very small and cozy village.
Avoid room nr 208 because of a strong smell.
We will definitely come back.
Outstanding B&B! The location is excellent for getting anywhere in the centre & 20 min walk to The Tower.
It is a flat easy walk from the station that takes about 15 mins. It is owned & run by two guys that really care about your comforts, they are friendly & helpful with anything you ask. On checking in we felt the care & love that shows in the accommodation.
The room was so lovely & the cleaning was a very high standard. The room & bathroom were spotless with towels that were soft not...
We stayed one night for early transfer to airport! It is well situated, a 6min walk to the leaning tower of Pisa! There are an abundance of restaurants around , the apartment itself is really lovely perfect for a short stay ! Very clean and modern! The airport transfer took 8-10 mins ! Would stay again !
The host was very nice and accommodating. The room was pleasant and clean. I had a little trouble with the safe and the manager came and helped me out immediately. I would recommend staying here.
Sandra at the front desk was an absolutely fabulous person. She had the answers to all my questions and was so warm and friendly. The breakfast buffet was wonderful and fresh every morning. And the young man and young lady (on Saturday) had smiles on their faces which is refreshing in the morning.
Go to the 3rd floor for an unforgettable view. And I almost forgotvto mention my room was spotless and super clean. Thank you
Easy taxi ride from the airport. Nice hotel on a quiet street, walkable to the river and the Tower sights. They do have an elevator and the Room was comfortable and adequate with very high ceilings! Small toiletries were provided. Window was able to be fully opened to take in the fresh air. Buffet breakfast had a large assortment of choices with freshly baked goods that were delicious.
Nice, clean room. Quiet building. I don't think anyone else was there. But most of our time was spent out of the hotel taking in the city. Very pleasant stay.
