The hotel and the staff were wonderful. Perhaps some of the decor needs updating but that's all. I had dinner and breakfast in the hotel and cannot fault it.

We like the size of the hotel, its style and intimacy, its great breakfasts, and its center city proximity to shopping and restaurants

Rooms are somewhat dated on the electrical side. Almost no sockets avaialble for chargers. Also limited daylight through a relatively small window (this may vary form room to room). Very silent when away from the street, Comfy beds. Breakfast is nice, Location is good.

Lovely old school charm. Staff were friendly and helpful, location is incredible. The room was a bit dated and the bed very, very firm. AC unit quite noisy. However, incredibly clean, lovely towels and toiletries, location is perfect and so nice to have an airport shuttle service (for 2, it was essentially the same price as the pisamover). Would recommend for a short stay.

We would recommend for the hotel to change the ac:s that were very noisy and old. We got a room were the ac was so loud so we got to change room. In the new room it was almost as loud and we had to turn it off to be able to sleep and then it was so warm. But very friendly staff, nice old buildings and good location in a calm area. Breakfast was good. The bedspread was old-fashioned, and it looks nicer with just white bedding. Our room was only reachable through some stairs but the staff offered to help.

This comfortable hotel is very conveniently located in central Pisa. The single room was understandably compact, but there was no lack in its facilities. The staff were welcoming and the breakfast buffet offered a great array of options.

I enjoyed my 2 night stay at Hotel Bologna. As a solo female traveller, I felt very comfortable staying in the hotel. Every member of staff I dealt with were excellent and went out of their way to help. Breakfast was also a nice added bonus and as I had a very early flight, a breakfast was prepared for me to take tonthe airport when I checked out. Room was very nice, as was the bathroom. I would have no hesitation in booking this hotel again.

The location is great and the building is very characteristic. The gentlemen at the front desk was very friendly. The room has a moldy smell. The sink in the bathroom drains slow.
