"The bunk beds don't have personalized sockets to charge any device, or lights (well, yes, a dim light that doesn't work). Room for improvement in that aspect. The hostel is pretty good overall, a bit expensive for what it is, in my opinion. Location not bad, walking distance to bars, pubs retaurants and the Flix stop for buses to Banff and Lake Louise. "The entire hotel was so clean and comfortable. The front desk staff member was probably the nicest person on the planet. we may have confused him a bit by arriving at midnight and leaving again at 6 a.m. after a long trip! We fell fast asleep right away in the super comfortable beds, and the hallways were wonderfully quiet. It was such a treat to wake up and enjoy a delicious hot breakfast before getting back on the road in the morning. Definitely recommend!!"

Great stay and our kids enjoyed the view of the Calgary tower . We were able to leave our vehicles secure to enjoy Walkable to mall , Telus conv centre , restaurants . "Firstly, the staff are all very helpful and friendly. The rooms are nice and spacious and the bed is comfortable. The hotel is nice and central with plenty of eateries nearby. We did eat at the hotel for convenience but the food was very average and I suspect it was microwaved. Al-in-all, not a bad place to stay."
