Beautiful hotel and room. Definitely would stay here again. Beds were comfortable and the hotel staff is awesome. Location is great for downtown Calgary. Parking is the only issue, but the valet service was amazing.

10/10 Exceptional

One of the nicest hotels I have ever stayed at. The rooms were beautiful and just felt like being at home. The staff is friendly, decor is gorgeous and location is excellent. It's at the pricier end of hotels, but it's worth it. A quality hotel to be sure!

6/10 Good

Room was fine, but expected more for a Michelin Key hotel. Staff was pleasant and helpful. Large, well appointed gym but no WiFi in lobby or gym so couldn’t watch on my iPad while on treadmill. No ice machines - have to request ice sent up to room. Ice melted in bucket which then leaked all over desk and onto floor.

Great location. Parking also easy with parking lot next to property. Too many snacks to purchase in room as takes up space in small room.

Everyone is sooo friendly, and the hotel is really lovely. Food was great at both restaurants we tried (Prologue and Petit Chef). Big room with great amenities. A great experience!
