"This is a hidden gem in Old Town. The owner and staff go above and beyond to make you feel at home. The rooms are immaculate with high end amenities. We had a balcony that overlooked the street below, but even with the location being right in the heart of Old Town, the room was very quiet and comfortable for sleeping. The rooms are also exceptionally beautiful. You can see the love that goes into this small boutique hotel.
Parking is not an issue either, with a paid lot a couple of blocks away....

The rooms and property were fantastic, and the staff were super friendly and helpful. The view was beautiful and the food was delicious, great service! The only difficulty was finding parking for our rental vehicle but that is true for every hotel near the beach. It’s on the outer edge of Rethymno, making the location less crowded than the old town streets near the port. It takes about 25 minutes to walk to the port from the hotel, but we didn’t mind the walk. We would absolutely book here...
Hotel is in the heart of Chania tourist area. Small room but it had a small bed higher up, accessible by a small ladder.
Finding the place was tricky as few Ink's in the area. Confusing part was getting the key, which you get from an alternate Ink location. This was not notified in the reservation detail and I only found out because one of the guests told me.
There is street parking along the seafront but it's unlikely you'll get something less than 5 or 10 mins walk away. I parked in the pay...
I would 100% rebook this hotel. The receptionist is absolutely amazing and helpful. She makes an amazing breakfast and is so attentive to her guests. It's located in old town rethymno which is amazing. You dive immediately into the prettiest area in Rethymno and if you have any questions the receptionist will always help you with a smile. The rooms are spacious and modern. The housekeeping could use some work because they dont changed the sheets just made the bed, but I'm sure if you asked they...
I cannot say enough positive things about this hotel. The decor in my room was spectacular. The bed was the most comfortable I have had. The staff was friendly, charming and professional. This is my number one so far halfway into my trip. This will be in my plans for a return visit.
This property is absolutely stunning and perfectly situated in the old town of Rethymnon. A clean, modern suite that is well thought out. You can tell the owners spared no detail. My partner and I highly recommend this property. It is right next to the Guora Gate and a few minute's walk from all the historical sites.
Absolutely fantastic! Our room had the bed in a second story loft, so if stairs don't work for you during the night, be sure to know what you're getting, they have one story rooms.
