Great stay for a night. Clean, convenient, great service :)

6/10 Good

The property is exquisite, no doubt. Very unique building and room that has kept some of the original building characteristics. Couple big issues though. First, the Wi-Fi is totally unusable, at least in the room we reserved. Was told it was normal because of the old stones used in buildings. If that’s the case, they should have a mesh network or a better solution than whatever they have now because we legit couldn’t get things to load and were told there was no internet at times by sites. Second, the hot water can be a little sporadic depending on if folks in other rooms have or are using water.

Good but not great

Check in was a little disappointing Not much help and just missing a smile 😃 The room is small and good for two people For a family of four like us we found it very tight.Only had two cups fo water but again we were four people. Nespresso machine was helpful and nice to have. But used pods were left in with fresh ones.So I mentioned to front desk staff which was met with some resentment and questioned by staff 😠 But hot tub was great same with rooftop deck. Location was good as all the old town was very accessible. Good restaurants nearby. Parking was a major issue as though. But this goes for everyone as it gets busy around the old town. In the end front desk staff made a good recommendation for a restaurant, away from town in a village near the University. Restaurant was excellent and prices were much better than in town. In the end we did fine but don’t think we will return.

God beliggenhet, litt mangelfullt utstyrt. Feks manglet brødkniv. Det var litt sjeldent renhold. Måtte ha samme håndkle i 4 dager.

Leider kein gemeinschaftlicher Aufenthaltsbereich/Lobby.

The property was in an amazing location in the middle of old town. There was free parking 5 minutes away. The rooms were clean, tastefully decorated. Housekeeping staff was super nice. The view from the rooftop terrace was beautiful. Everything about this hotel met or exceeded my expectations. Maybe I missed it but I didn't see a "do not disturb" sign. That would be a welcome addition. :-)

This was a very cute apartment once inside! Don’t be scared away by the graffitied alley - walk down the street and you’ll be in the middle of all the action. Check in was more challenging then it needed to be (was out front for 20 minutes before someone came to let us in). Use of the lockbox would solve this. No tissues, paper towels, or napkins so bring your own. Beautiful balcony which was great for eating breakfast/ reading.
