The hotel is absolutely gorgeous! And the restaurant had incredible food and service. Overall, this place is lacking in nothing. I plan to return again some day.

Accommodations were excellent---a must stay upon return. Staff patient, knowledgable, inviting, and caring (especially "Diego"). OUTSTANDING breakfast. GREAT location. Close to waterways for landmarks, walks, photos, restraunts. Indoor pool and steam room unique---great place to end your day.

Comfortable bed, good breakfast, nice mini bar supplies, close to everything. Great advice for food locations. Would definitely go back.

The property was clean, the beds were comfortable, the staff was first class. Very polite and helpful with any questions we had. I would highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a place to stay in Lisbon.

this hotel was perfect in every way , excellent location very clean and modern rooms in a 300 year old building . our room looked over a very busy street with a view of the famous arch . the street lined with restaurants was noisy with the window open but once closed we could not hear anything . very nice breakfast and the front desk people were very helpful and freindly . will stay here next visit

It was a fantastic hotel. The location can't be better and the hotel staffs were very helpful and polite. We could walk around the old Alfama area. We also got tips form the hotel reception. We had a early check out and the hotel staffs arranged breakfast box for us. Would certainly recommend this hotel for everyone.

Wonderful place! The ming size bed was nice and to US standards. The location is great. And most importanly the staff was exceptionally nice and accommodating!

Absolutely love this place, the people, and the location. You walk down a nice hill from the airport to get there! Where else would you want?

Beautiful hotel great location!

We stayed for 2 days after our cruise. We arrive early. Front desk was welcoming and offered us an available room. We declined and said we’d wait for our reserved room on the upper floor. We toured Lisbon and returned to Lumen in the mid afternoon. Here’s when the service was exceptional. Front desk was friendly; offered us breakfast at 10 euros and a 30% restaurant discount. One of our most amazing experiences ever! This quaint new hotel checked all of the boxes. Clean, modern, amazing staff and perfect location, It is close to the airport and the center of town. We enjoyed several activities super close to the hotel. The staff made me feel so special they gave me a bottle of champagne and their native pastel de Nata for my birthday.
