"I had a wonderful stay at Hilton Amman for four nights and overall it was an excellent experience. From the moment I arrived, the reception team was extremely welcoming, professional, and genuinely helpful. Check in was smooth, and every interaction with the front desk felt friendly and well handled. The overall atmosphere of the hotel is calm, elegant, and very comfortable, which made the stay even more enjoyable. Security is clearly taken seriously and that added a lot of peace of mind throughout the stay. The hotel feels very safe, well organized, and professionally managed. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well maintained, and the general facilities met a high standard. One small note for improvement: the hair dryer in my room was not working very well. It wasn’t a major issue and didn’t affect my overall experience, but it’s worth mentioning. Overall, this was a great stay and I would happily recommend Hilton Amman to anyone visiting the city. I would definitely choose to stay here again. Best Karmel"
