"Breakfast is very good "

"Hotel Serra Grande is well run and the best hotel I have stayed at more than once. And when in Vitoria or Serra, I will always stay at this hotel. Excellent staff, excellent hotel"

"The rooms were very clean and had great amenities. After the first day when my air-conditioning was a little fickle, the management and hotel staff were super responsive and moved me into another room while I figured out what was happening with the air-conditioning. The pool and gym were great additions. Breakfast in the morning was delicious and had a wide variety."

"One of the best hotel options in Vitoria. High quality service as you’d expect from the Sheraton brand, clean and comfortable rooms with great views sea views. Gym and roof top pool area are great (albeit the pool area is fairly compact and can get busy at peak times). Location also very good for everything you need in Vitoria"
