Beautiful property in the middle of nature. The gardens and pool were very nice. The food was excellent and a family favorite of all our travels this trip, including Mumbai. Bangalore, and Chennai. Staff very helpful, we forgot my daughters earrings there and the night receptionist, Mr. Kuku, was kind enough to mail/post it to a relative in India. The food manager was also exceptional, very concerned about our food needs and even packed a breakfast meal because we had to checkout early...
Was peaceful and enjoyable stay. Staff was extremely helpful and was willing to assist with any special requests. There were activities at the resort that were suitable for all ages. The food was amazing and had large variety. Overall a great stay and will definitely come back
With only 28 rooms/stand-alone bungalows this is a 5-Star experience with unbelievable service in the backwaters of Kerala. We had a bungalow overlooking the large lake and it was luxurious- like a private house on a hotel property. Private pool, outdoor bathroom, shower and bathtub with an overhead fan was charming.

Such a delightful property. The staff was outstanding, took care of our every need. Complimentary brownies for each of us on the day we left with bon voyage written on the plate, how thoughtful, thank you very much! Lovely spacious rooms, pools were excellent. Perfect peaceful break, note that there isn't much in the way of games or activities, this is a place for peace and tranquility, not for activities. Will certainly return.

Well maintained grounds, beautiful gardens and paths and the construction is fashioned as traditional Kerala home villas. This is a must stay property. Food was good and they have lots of activities for the families. The staff is pleasant but not uniformly friendly and not everyone is attentive as other places. I feel they could work on this piece. It seemed some were not happy working at the property and were just getting by. All that being said, I would return to this resort and wish I could...
Hotel is very nice, service is good only if you ask for it. First day, we had everything complimentary water, towels, toilet paper. Second day, they forgot to give us more water, third day forgot to give us towels, forth day there was no toilet paper,- each time we would call them and they would bring it in 10 minutes- but for a 5 star hotel, you think they would think of these stuff and save you the time and drama
Literally amazing from the moment we pulled in. The staff is incredible and the main highlight of our stay. We were there for a short time and wanted to pick up spices and snacks from this region before we left and the staff found us all the things we wanted and brought it to our room and made it easy for us to get the whole experience!
Upgraded to a lovely, stylish room with a gorgeous view of the lake. I couldn't have been more comfortable. Staff was kind, friendly but not intrusive. Very comfortable as a female travelling alone.
