"We had a wonderful stay at this lovely hotel. The location was perfect for exploring all the sights, making it an ideal base for our visit. The staff were warm, friendly and welcoming, and we were very pleasantly surprised to be upgraded on arrival, which was much appreciated. Our room was cosy, comfortable and had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. Breakfast was also very enjoyable, with plenty to choose from. Overall, we had a fantastic experience and would happily stay here again. Thank you to all the team for making our stay so enjoyable!"

"Checked in, no towels and no toilet paper. Had to ask the cleaner, they then re directed me to the reception for them to then give it. Apart from that good stay."

"The room was clean and perfectly suited for an overnight stop with two young children. The room was very warm, despite provision of a fan. The use of the pool was excellent and the bar restaurant was great for a drink and food in the evening."

"Automated self check-in was great with a little help from the girls at reception. Stayed in a Club Room which comes with free parking, gym access and was very clean and tidy but no bigger than a normal room in any other hotel. Very busy hotel as it has a fitness gym on site for locals to use. Food and beer a little pricey but was a modern and comfortable place to eat. Breakfast was excellent. Would stay again"

"We really liked the spa facilities, both pools are excellent I also really liked the sauna and jacuzzi very clean and never too many people. The entertainment was excellent on both nights. Want to give a particular thanks to Georgia who led our dance session on the Thursday morning. It was such a laugh and the time flew by. We also really liked the boat trip which was great value at only £12.50 and Ahmed was a fab skipper. Food in the Market Kitchen was not great especially Thursday evening. It tasted like hospital food. I would recommend going to the Brasserie instead. Two nights was just enough."

"BEAUTIFUL grounds and main hotel areas, super helpful and welcoming staff. The room itself had basic amenities, and smelt like it was an ex- smokers room. May just be that the soft furnishings needed replacing. The room was dated and needed an upgrade. It would have been good to have a safe in the room too. Everything else about the hotel was wonderful and it was a shame it was only a fleeting visit. Slightly overpriced considering the room itself."
