"The property is located in downtown Casablanca, very conveniently located. There are plenty of shops and restaurants, including fast food, nearby. We parked our rental car on the street outside, there is usually spaces available for hotel guests. We were welcomed warmly and given a key card for our room, which was on the 5th floor. The room, a suite, was beautifully presented and clean. The bathroom was separate to the toilet, and the shower was huge. The double bed was very comfortable. In the living area there was a small kitchen, although there was nothing you could use to cook with, e.g. pots and pans. There was a large settee which is big enough to use as a single bed should you need to. There was a small balcony that overlooked the main road outside but the noise was not noticeable if the doors are shut. The curtains also block out all light at night, which is nice. The aircon was perfect. The breakfast was a buffet in the restaurant on the first floor. It was extremely well stocked with something for all tastes. We had a puncture on our rental car and the chap on reception, I have forgotten his name (so sorry, I should have written it down!), was so helpful, after his day shift he drove the car to the nearest garage and put some air in for us. He didn't have to do this, so we were very grateful for his kindness. These little things go a long way when you're in an unfamiliar city. Thank you! Overall we had a great stay."

"I rarely write reviews, but the team at City Center Casablanca Hotel truly deserves one. From the moment I checked in until the day I left, I felt genuinely welcomed and appreciated. The hospitality here is exceptional, and every member of the staff goes out of their way to make guests feel comfortable. A very special thank you to **Roumaicaa**. No matter what I needed, she always made it happen with kindness, professionalism, and a warm smile. Her dedication and genuine care made my stay so much more enjoyable. I also want to recognize **Madam Fouzia**, the manager, for leading such an amazing team. It's clear that she sets a high standard for customer service, and it shows in every interaction. A heartfelt thank you as well to **Abdelali**, who was always there with a smile and ready to help with anything I needed. His friendliness and willingness to assist never went unnoticed. I was also impressed by every other staff member I met—from the tech support gentleman to the porter and everyone in between. Everyone was polite, professional, and always eager to help. It's rare to find a hotel where every employee consistently provides such outstanding service. The hotel's location is another big plus. It's conveniently located near many of Casablanca's top attractions, making it easy to get around and explore the city. Thank you to"

"J’ai séjourné une nuit dans cet hôtel et, dans l’ensemble, j’ai eu une bonne expérience. Son principal atout est son excellent emplacement, en plein centre-ville de Casablanca. De nombreux restaurants, cafés et commerces sont accessibles à pied, ce qui permet de profiter du quartier sans avoir besoin d’une voiture. J’ai également beaucoup apprécié le service de voiturier, qui est gratuit. Le personnel est courtois et ce service ajoute une réelle valeur au séjour. Cela dit, je m’attendais à un niveau de prestation un peu plus élevé pour un hôtel classé 5 étoiles. Ayant séjourné dans d’autres établissements de cette catégorie, comme le Mount Stephen à Montréal, j’ai trouvé que les chambres, les salles de bain, la qualité des finitions, la décoration et les équipements y étaient plus raffinés. Même certains hôtels 4 étoiles où j’ai séjourné, comme le Hyatt Place du Vieux-Montréal, m’ont laissé une impression plus favorable en ce qui concerne le service et l’expérience globale. En résumé, c’est un bon hôtel, particulièrement grâce à son emplacement et à son service de voiturier gratuit. À mon avis, il se rapproche davantage d’un excellent hôtel 4 étoiles que d’un véritable 5 étoiles."
