As English speakers, we felt that the breakfast menu should also have been written in English, not just Spanish. But the lady doing the breakfasts was wonderful."

"The location is fantastic, with the mountain on one side (good for at least a full afternoon of exploring with the zoo, cable cars, fenicular, Japonese garden, walking trails, etc) and a lively area of downtown a few minutes walk in the other direction (South America's largest sky scraper, many restaurants and bars, very walkable area). I felt safe walking day and night. The staff were very helpful and friendly. The pool looked nice, but was too cold for swimming (nights are cold; days are hot)....

"Excellent location on a relatively quieter street not far from the subway and Cerro San Cristobal. Cement walls and ceiling made for a very quiet room. I liked it so much at the start of my trip to Chile that I stayed another three nights before I returned home to Canada."

"Great neighborhood with amazing cafes and friendly people. The room was adequate and the bed was very comfortable. The air conditioning was just enough to make the room cool enough to get a good sleep. Staff extra friendly. Excellent boutique hotel in a very fine neighborhood where you can feel safe even after night walking around. Bravo!"

"This is the best place to stay in Santiago. It’s right next to the giant park. “The lungs of Santiago “ . There are many birds and the teleférico and funicular are right there. There is also a Hop on Hop off bus stop close by. The staff are all super helpful and accommodating. The included breakfast was wonderful and very generous. They arranged a taxi from the hotel which was very safe and convenient."

"I came for a Congress atbthe hotel The room was big, very comfortable. The service was great. The hotel is near two great shopping centers, so that was nice as I did not have time to go to the city centers. Plenty of nice restaurants in a walking distance. I would love to gome back !!"

"Very well located property. Close walk to subway and in the middle of all Bella Vista. Vibrant area Room was great. Steps away from bars restaurants. Didn’t do the breakfast as too many cafes in area. It is a noisy area. All of Bella Vista. So be prepared. I would definitely stay here again. "
