"This hotel is in the heart of a shopping district and offers lots of convenient options to travelers. Very clean and has all the amenities."

"The location is good but not on a main road so taxi and Didi drivers found it hard to find. Hotel staff did not speak much english so be patient to use the app. Toilet paper cannot be flushed and I found out the hard way and hotel smells of mould esp in hallways. Love the free tea and snacks. Staff were always very polite on greeting and love the room slippers. They put me across the hall from utility closet and laundry so loved the 5-6am wake up call lol. "

"Wonderful stay at Xana Hotel! Perfect central location near the train station with endless food options around. Traveling with family, the warm and friendly front desk made check-in a breeze. Room was spotless and comfortable with thoughtful service throughout. Absolutely loved it—will definitely stay again on my next business trip to Guangzhou!"

"Firstly, i didnt even get to stay there. Just got replaced with a crappy Lavande hotel near the hotel option, maybe its a strategy, where u book and pay for a nicer hotel, then get swapped into a crappy hotel with no refund or explanation. Never book this hotel. Beware."

"Building is shared with another hotel so quite confusing when entering the location for shared taxi as it shows up as something else. The property is pretty nice but has a strong smell in the lobby which I guess is geared for a Zen experience. "
