Really basic amenities, but super clean, super comfortable beds. A/C essential, we appreciated it. Same for black out curtains and insect screen.
And by far the best thing, awesome service from the owner family. They put their heart and soul into their hotels and it shows. They go over and above.

"We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Utopia Suites on Aegina Island. The host was very friendly and in communication with us as detailed after the booking process. We had changes to our arrival time and they were able to accommodate us with an earlier check in.
The location is very close to all the restaurants and shops in town. We walked everywhere. The suite was extremely clean and well maintained with all amenities you would need (kitchenette, iron, washing machine etc)

"Ideally located by the marina and drop off for the ferry from Athens. Beach and gorgeous bay less that 100m away, with the main Marina strip of restaurants and bars within a few steps walk. Really good room for the price. Stayed here 4 nights. Incredibly helpful and friendly owner. Would recommend. "

Great location. The rooms in the hotel are so cute and stylish. The shower is wonderful. The beach is directly outside your door. The breakfast was adequate. I wish there were more options, however the restaurant food was good. The people who worked at the hotel and restaurant were very kind. We would stay here again. There is a bus stop a few yards away from the hotel and you can get to anywhere you want to go on Agistri in less than 20 minutes.

Härlig atmosfär med mycket familjekänsla. Ypperligt läge. Fin pool. Vi bodde i ett rum bara tre meter från poolen. Det var alldeles ypperligt förutom alla cigarettrökare som ofta gjorde att röken smög sig in hos oss. Trots det trivdes vi alldeles ypperligt och bjöds på trivsamhet och många skratt. Restaurangen med des rika utbud är mycket bra och det smakar alldeles ljuvligt!
This place is awesome. The staff is great especially Maria! You walk up and give them your name and go to your room. Check out is pay the bill. If the egg at breakfast has been out a bit they offer to make a new one. Quiet at night. You do need a car as it is about 1.5 kilometers out of town. I’d stay again in a minute.
Maria met us very late due to a flight delay . She met us at 9 pm with a kind smile and directed us to a walkable restaurant for dinner. The room was large ,clean and quite for this family of 3 xxx

The staff were amazing at every turn. The room and overall property was well appointed, modern, easy to navigate, and serene. The beach requires descending 78 steps and the beach is medium sized rounded rocks which were painful without shoes, but we had hiking sandals (Tevas and Chocos) so it didn't bother us if we kept them on even in the water. Our stay at the hotel was most enjoyable. The decor, the staff and the location were all what we have come to expect in our several trips to Greece . The combination of modern sophistication and classic simplicity can only be called elegant. The best Greek experience I have had on this trip. The staff was very friendly and helpful. A great place to hang out, relax, and talk to people, including many locals. The staff is very much involved, exuding local flavor all around. The brother of the owner of the hotel has a small eatery next door that is still a work in progress, but the kitchen is fully functional and puts out delicious food.
