My family of four stayed in this lovely inn at the end of December 2015. We were looking for a place to stay between attending a Manchester United Football game and visiting the English countryside. This location was perfect! It allowed us to stay out of the city in a more relaxed and less commercial inn, so that we could truly get a feel for the area. Clean modern room. Very nice common spaces. Dinner reasonably priced and well presented, but a little disappointing. I had the pulled beef and mushroom Wellington. Pulled beef is just a euphemism for beef puree. Some pieces of meat would have been nice. Breakfast was good. This place is much better value for money than the airport Radison Blu and you can walk to and from the terminals. However, you do have to walk in the open which would not be good in rain.

Great property, reasonably priced, comfortable and clean room. Kitchenette was great and the bathroom was lovely. I found the bed to be incredibly comfortable. Breakfast buffet was great, plenty of choices, and allergens were labeled for all items; separate space for gluten-free items. The Food (Room Service) was amazing!

Everything was as it should be. Had to pay £10 for shuttle bus which was unexpected. I didn't have to pay this when I stayed at other similar nearby hotels. Need to take this into consideration when comparing prices.

I've stayed at Hotel Football three times whilst attending the Radar Festival, which was held at the 02 Victoria Warehouse, across the street from the hotel. All three stays have been very enjoyable. You can have all your meals at the hotel if you want, which is very convenient. It's clean, cool, and comfy. From the hotel I could walk to the movie theater- which was great!
