The hosts are very responsive. It was easy to get into the building. It's close to grocery stores and bicycle rental places. "

"The room was wonderful. Location is amazing. So quiet but close to everything and a 10 minute ride to the beach on a scooter .Emmanuel and the staff was at my service and the sauna and steam room and Jacuzzi’s were a great surprise. The one thing I would have considered is the kitchen could use more lighting for people that like to cook as much as I do. Not a complaint, just a suggestion."

"Recommended. Room was so clean. Perfect location if you are going to visit the ruins, breakfast buffet was so good, the jungle view was amazing. The price excellent. We arrived at night and went to one of the 2 little restaurants close to the hotel, food was delicious and cheap. We'll stay again next time we visit Tulum. "
