"Rude staff, I rented a hotel price arbnb place and I thought I was renting a hotel room. No service, noone came to take out trash and noone came to bring an extra roll of toilet paper. When asked if we can acess the pools - hard NO … when asked why- Well since last year we changed our policy but we haven’t changed the information online, and we need DAILY PASS OF $60-$100 depending which pool. "My family stayed here for 2 nights. This villa is very spacious with two bedrooms: one with a king bed, and the other room has two single beds so it's perfect for my family. There's a full kitchen with a huge fridge and nice gas stove. The roof top area is nice too but unfortunately the hammock was broken and we didn't have a chance to use the roof top jaccuzi. Just a note that the roof top is accessible from a stairway OUTSIDE of the house. Also we had some issues with the hot water...

"First of all, Joan was a super hostess who was very friendly. Very clear directions were given for this hidden gem. The view from our balcony was serene. We came at night but the next morning, when we pulled the curtains what a magnificent view! "Beware off the Privilege Club. They try to get you to do a tour and sell you on a vacation club. Intense pressure, uncomfortable situation and actually leavers you with a bitter taste in your mouth about the resort. Special restaurants are almost impossible to get reservations and when you do show up, many tables are open which is frustrating since we were told there were few open reservations. Ultimately, the system is very flawed. Grounds were very pretty with many animals which we loved....
