The Boma Nairobi

"The room was clean and tidy. Staff were friendly. Since we arrived very early in nbo, a friend had been in touch with a Boma staff a day before our arrival to accommodate us early as we had a very long flight. It had not been done to his colleagues. However we got a room after 9am . It is my 4th stay at the Boma. Also on day of check out, there should be no house keeping knocking or rings as they should be aware but they keep coming. We love this hotel and most of my family stay here all the time so we just want them to rectify some things."

"I travelled solo to Nairobi and would recommend this facility for any solo travelers. They have a 24 hour restaurant and hourly free shuttle to the airport which was pretty convenient. Staff was very friendly & professional."

"Overall a great place. With friendly and also helpful staff. The large array of items on display for breakfast was brilliant. The room was very clean and well kept. However, we did have issues with the wash basin which was blocked and the A/C didn’t work. We did explain these issues to reception on numerous occasions but to no avail. Other than that it was a great week and a half stay. I will stay again."

"Food staff were slow and non attentive. Room was clean but having the windows open during the day allowed for insects/mosquitos. Having the Country Club attached to the hotel was wonderful. Massages were great. Food at the Country Club was lovely as was the atmosphere. We enjoyed Country Singer entertainment one night."
