"Hotel located in a quiet, safe and good enough in public transportation, urban part of Madrid. Was very clean with good breakfast and kind and helpful personnel. The neighbourhood around has choices for food and market. Either by bus or by metro, Madrid center is about 20-30 mins. Generally speaking there's no reason to hane any doubt to book at this hotel."

"Excellent location. Great staff. Rooms are immaculate and decorated beautifully. This is my 2nd time staying here. Lovely hotel. Breakfast is amazing. While not close to all the major museums, it is extremely close to the buses that will take you to them in minutes. Also, only about 3 blocks from the bus/train station. Bus 200 will take you from/to Madrid Barajas airport. If I ever come back to Madrid, I will stay here."

Kiddos to Eric, Jorge and Anna in the bar restaurant. They accommodated to every requirement. Also they three lady at the concierge, very knowledgeable and patient. "Had to stay outside of city center due to prices but is very close to Metro and only a handful of stops. Breakfast was better than average. Mini suite room was good size but living room was lite on furniture so felt sparce and empty."

Located between Alfonso VIII and Prosperidad metro stations, there are plenty of shops for grocery, dining and gifts and easy bus and metro links to all parts of Madrid. The apartment itself was clean and modern and suitable for a young family of 4 like ours. I will certainly be staying again."
