"Very good value, this is a very nice hotel I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend it. The rooms are clean spacious and the beds are comfortable. The only criticism would be that my fellow guests didn’t know how to close a door quietly at night. Earplugs made all the difference and maybe I go to bed too early."

"My family loved Sheraton Maria Isabel Reforma! From the moment we checked in the front desk was so sweet and helpful. Susie, the lady that cleaned our room was sweet and such a hard worker. We loved coming back exhausted from exploring to a clean room. We had a view of the "Angel de Independencia" and it was such a treat to see her every day. This Sheraton is very close to everything Chapultepec has to offer as well as "El museo de antropologia." It was a 5 min Uber ride or a 20 min walk. We did both walking and Ubering, depending on how tired we were. We got to walk on la Reforma on Sunday since it closes to cars. Overall, we loved staying here. I would stay here again and will recommend it to everyone who visits CDMX."

"Solo me quedé para una noche y salió antes de desayuno, pero los empleados fueron tan amables. La cuarto fue limpia y justo para la precio pero la cama fue un poco duro. En general fue unos de los más seguros y divertidos conexiones que ha probado."

"Like the premium customer service rewards program from Expedia the hotel gave us an exclusive free daily entry in the breakfast and dinner canapés bar where we have the placer to know the Fiesta Club, they offer an excellent service their name are Alexis, Violeta, Raul and Saul, all of them make the difference for the high compromise with the customer's service. I'll remain all these persons like the ones who make the big difference in our trip to Mexico. These persons deserve a salary compensation for their excellent job, and I hope these comments make this happen. You can choose the Fiesta Americana Hotel in your next trip to Mexico because their personal make you feel welcome and you never regret for choosing this Hotel."

"Todo estuvo muy bien el hotel tiene una muy buena ubicación cerca de taquerías restaurantes supermercados y de paseo reforma. Disfrutamos del evento del mundial a pocas calles y si te gusta caminar puedes llegar a bellas artes caminando. La zona no me parece insegura aunque en México ya al anocher en cualquier lugar es mejor estar en el hotel. No es un hotel de lujo pero para los que vamos a turistear y solo a dormir está más que bueno. El personal nada fuera de lo normal, amables y atentos."
