This property is extremely safe- ring bell to enter and no keys for room doors. You have a code. It’s very clean for an older hotel- even the hanging lamps were dusted ! The staff was very friendly and helpful- let us check in early, watched our luggage both before checking in and the day we checked out. Definitely is worth way more than we were charged- great job all around!!!
The staffs are always all nice and kind. Most of them speak English well.
The rooms are clean and new, and have enough spaces.
One thing I have to say is that I felt cold in the night even though I turned AC on.
But definitely I'd stay this hotel again!

First, the pricing was fair, considering I was traveling alone. The property was conveniently located within walking distance from some of the main attractions, including the Bosque de Chapultepec, the Castle, Anthropology Museum, and Angel of Independence. We enjoyed our stay from the time we arrived until the time we left! The entire hotel is sparkling clean! The staff was friendly and helpful with all our request and needs. Breakfast and fresh juice in the morning was a plus! My only con would be location for me. We spent most of our time in Roma Norte so a 10 minute Uber ride ended up being 25 minutes due to big city traffic.Also there’s a crack of space under the bathroom door so you can hear EVERYTHING. The hotel is in the center of everything from shopping, restaurants, and entertainment. The rooms are very spacious and very clean. I would recommend this hotel and will definitely stay again. I want to thank all the cleaning staff Rm103 was immaculate every day.

Because the hotel is located behind a busy street the traffic is very minimal and quiet. Yes there could be some construction but overall it was a serene place. The rooms were one of the cleanest I've been in and they seem updated as well. The staff are very nice and offer great advice. The location is close by to museums and the arrivals market. Requested for the same room (406) I stayed the last time so I knew what to expect. I like that this hotel is away from the touristy area. I got to experience people living in the area going about their daily routine. I always looked forward getting back to a quiet and air conditioned room after a long day of sightseeing and braving the metro rush hour crowd.
