The hotel is absolutely beautiful with a warm beautiful homey feeling. The patio is warm and earthy. The breakfast media lunas and dulces de leche were phenomenal. Clean and well kept with a super comfortable bed. Large rooms with plenty of closet space and great water pressure in the shower. Perfect boutique hotel with great restaurants and boutique shops. One of the best hip areas in Buenos Aires. I will definitely stay there again on my next trip to Argentina.
Still at ILUM as I write this review. It's been an amazing stay, filled with courteous & thoughtful service all the way from the front desk, to room staff, to breakfast coordinator, to general manager's personalized attention. The hotel has modern conveniences, super clean, spacious. The decor is modern elegant. We will definitely return!! It would be a pleasure to see all the friendly & helpful people who are here, making sure all our needs are met. Oh, yes, almost forgot to mention the black...
Great location with a lot of bars and restaurants around including local tango schools. The room are nicely don and very comfortable. They key 5 star difference is all about service. I have stayed at hundreds of hotels and this one provided the best service ever from arranging airport and ferry transfers, reservations, tickets to local events, wake up calls and preparing to go breakfasts when we left before breakfast was served. People at other hotels should stay here to find out how to better...
Exceptional hotel in Palermo area. Friendly and professional staff. Modern and beautiful room with a breath taking panoramic window. Wonderful breakfast. Safe and nice walkable area. I just love it!!!!
BE Jardín Escondido by Coppola was, without question, one of the highlights of our first trip to Buenos Aires. If you're looking for a luxury hotel with the warmth and charm of a private home, this is it.
From the moment we arrived, the staff (especially Colin) made us feel like honored guests rather than hotel customers. Every recommendation—from restaurants and wine bars to neighborhood walks and transportation—was spot on, and they genuinely cared about making our stay memorable. The level...
I was impressed by the friendliness of the staff Rafael. Checkin was seamless. He was very responsive, we had absolutely no problem. Everything was clean and organized, thankfully quiet at the time. The street was filled w people, walkable to laundarymat , bodega, minimarts and restaurants. Bus stop in front of the apartment. Water, coffee complimentary. Fully equiped kitchen. We were very happy and will stay again. Excelent service honestly.
We stayed a the Smart Hotel for a full week on our two-week trip to Argentina. This hotel beat my high expectations and was such a perfect place if you're looking to stay in Palermo. The hotel design is beautiful and our room 401 was amazing with a large patio, view of the pool, and jacuzzi. Also, the pool was incredible and spent a lot of time there, so refreshing during those hot summer days in BA! Highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a beautiful boutique hotel with a pool and...
The staff welcomed our group of 6 and escorted each of us to our suites and rooms. The ladies made sure the AC was working properly, informed us about the lights, and showed us the hospitality living room complete with snacks each afternoon. The bed linens and thick towels were amazing as well as comfortable mattresses and pillows. I enjoyed the roof top jacuzzi each day and sitting in the deck. Breakfast of fresh fruits, warm homemade croissants and breads, and egg and meat dishes were...
Cool small (6 rooms) boutique hotel in the heart of Palermo Soho region of Buenos Aires. A couple of blocks from metro stops that give you acces to the whole city. Walking distance to lovely restaurants. Bar/breakfast area with outdoor courtyard a gathering place in afternoon to discuss your day and plan your evening over wines selected by Felipe and freshly baked empanadas hand made by Norma. Pamela made sure your breakfast was prepared the way you like it - no banana in fruit mix for me, no...
We loved our stay at Krista Boutique Hotel!! The location is central to many walkable sites, great cafes and restaurants. We used the taxi service offered by the hotel when we landed and it was seamless. We also took advantage of massages by Da’hiana and Sabastian and they were the best we’ve had. The breakfast offering was delicious and the evening cocktail was a worderful way to relax for the evening before the evening explorations began. Truly a wonderful experience all the way around.
Stayed at this hotel for one night as couple.
Central location in Palermo Soho, nice lounge area where you can hang out (even after check out!)
Delicious breakfast choice, and one can order hot dishes for free (scrambled eggs or omelets)
one block away from two supermarkets (Carrefour and Dia Supermercado).
SUPER friendly stuff!
We only stayed one night but we had a very nice stay. The room was modern and clean. The staff was super helpful. Breakfast was excellent! The best hotel breakfast we've had in Argentina. The made to order omelet was delicious.
