"Nikki Beach is in the calmer, more enjoyable, western part of Koh Samui, from which you can enjoy amazing sunsets. The hotel design is very nice, and curated, both in indoor and outdoor areas. Common areas are really beautiful, and the room we stayed in was very spacious and kept very clean. Bonus points for the balcony, that was also very spacious: an amazing place to chill and recharge. "We had a great 2 night stay at this hotel. It's located on a beautiful beach which overlooks Koh Phangan and Ang Thong Marine park. We could even see our home island of Koh Tao as it was clear skies. "The staff is wonderful here. They take care of everything. Elaine, the manager also set me up for my trip to Koh Samui. The resort is a fabulous get away. Unbelievable views from the property. Since it is up the hill from the main street and beaches, it is much quieter. To walk to the main beach is 10 minutes and the resort will shuttle you for free. "Location was ok, hotel next door to a industrial unit, rooms are a little tired need a refresh. Pool and beach are lovely. We found the hotel staff not as welcoming as the thai people always are. Wgen you walked through reception they just ignored you and when asked for a towel as there was only one in the room it was an effort for them to get one.
