"The best place to stay in the Douro Valley! Régua is quaint, good dining and access to the train station. The owners were very welcoming upon arrival and the room was impeccable and charming. "Quinta de la Rosa is an amazing place to stay. Everything from the amazing awe-inspiring views, to the helpful, friendly and lovely staff, to the beautiful rooms (we stayed in Amarela 24 and it was gorgeous), to the delicious and highend food and wine, we were blown away. We will stay here again but only longer. The pools are perfect and we felt so relaxed. The winery is outstanding. I can’t say enough good things. We loved it here! Thank you especially to Sophia for her wonderful service at the front desk and with the winery tour."
