It would have been good to have instructions on how to enter the indoor parking facility. It was a shame also that the charging stations were not operational although advertised as available online. There was no option to check out on the self service screen at the reception.
A little unusual since we had no contact at all other than an email with a code and room number. Other than a lack of a shelf in the bathroom, it was really nice. I would use them again if returning to Bern.
Great hotel can get there from the train with a tram/bus or a brief walk 1km. Hotel was very modern and quiet. Breakfast had almost everything you would want. Will definitely visit again.
Perfect stay. The room was huge, recently renovated, with super comfortable bed and pillows. The bathroom was also big, with spacious shower.

The hotel is located right in the middle of the old town, with easy access to restaurants, cellar bars, bear park, and the river. The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful. The rooms are comfortable, with a Nespresso maker, small refrigerator, and a TV with many international channels.
