"The family really enjoyed the stay here. 5 minutes to the U2 station, many good restaurants and beer garden in the area. Safe, quiet at night, great area to walk around even with young kids. Apartment was clean and and the patio was great. Would love to stay here again."

"It's an older building and rooms, though spacious and comfortable. The location is convenient as it's relatively close to public transit and a bit over 1 km from the main railway station, Berlin Hauptbahnhof. Staff is courteous, but note that the front desk is not staffed full time. Unfortunately, because of cold weather we were unable to enjoy the central patio of the hotel, although it looked very nice from our window. "

"A very nice place to stay near the center of Berlin. Super location close to U-Bahn and Tram stations that take you everywhere. Excellent dining options, including in local area within walking distance. Great parking as well, though if driving remember the hotel sits within the Environmental Zone. Breakfast was extraordinary, and all personnel were polite and helpful. Will definitely be staying there again."

Outstanding breakfast array, stylish bar from 6 p.m. Tram stop only 100 metres away, just a few minutes from major Alexanderplatz transit station with lines to everywhere in Berlin. Located in the very civilized Prenzlauer district, many cafes and eating options, great for walking. Highly recommended."

"Great location close to U bahn and metro, supermarkets, restaurants, cafes and bars. Beware lots of stairs but being at the top means the apartment has a great view and is quiet. The apartment is huge, with a well equipped kitchen, dining table and sofa (not a sofa bed but could be slept on!). Bathroom clean and includes a washing machine. Only gripe is the description suggests twin beds in one of the rooms but there were two doubles. "
