Great location and service! The room wasn’t large, but it was very clean and provided everything needed. The laundry was free and the detergent was provided on site, which was very convenient. The breakfast very very delicious, and the staff was very friendly. It also provided information about the restaurants in the neighborhood for delivery. It was right at the subway station, and was very close to the attractions and great restaurants. For sure we will stay here again next time!
Staff is helpful and attentive. Room was comfortable (a little cold but that’s nice after a day in the heat). The cleaning staff is very friendly and their attention to detail in cleaning is the best I’ve encountered in any hotel. Bed linens are crisp and fresh smelling and the shower is luxurious. Laundry machines are a very useful amenity. The hot full service breakfast is delicious and the coffee is perfect!
I have a total 8-night stay and I was not disappointed even though my last stay is nearly 10 years ago (always sold out). Not to repeat what's well known, I particularly want to point out a few very rare personalities. First of all, the staff communicates with their guests before, during, and after the visit. I’ve stayed in many hotels near Taipei Main Station and the Zhongshan area and this is by far the best bang for your buck in terms of comfortable rooms, good a/c during the summer, soundproof walls/doors and a very useful common area with free laundry, coffee, kitchen facilities (refrigerator, microwave, toaster, sink) and a generous seating area for lounging and eating. I would definitely stay here again!! (And bonus: it’s a 5 minute walk to Sihai Soy Milk for excellent Taiwanese breakfast!)
does not have much amenities---no gym, no fancy lobby, dining area is plain, no roof top deck. But the rooms in the -04 stack in the front of hotel and the -08 stack in the back are large and comfortable. large room and bed, large bathroom, entry area. If you value the actual room and don't care about amenities, this hotel is a good value.
