"Wonderful location, great staff and the rooms had all the amenities you’d want. The only issue was the showers as the floor was very slippery and the hand spray nozzle sprayed water everywhere- even under the glass door . A very strange design"

"Hallways are oddly dark, night and day. Needs more lighting or at least use of electricity. Free airport shuttle is great. Rooms are clean and overhead shower has controls that you can initiate without getting wet. For 20 years, and hundreds of hotels (and homes) on 4 continents, I’ve wondered why modern shower designs are all form, little function. Finally, a shower design that is user friendly was installed in this Wyndm!"

"Excellent hotel, staff were really helpful and arranged early check in as we arrived at 10am after a 14 hr flight. Breakfast is superb, gym is a little limited space wise but has everything needed for basic workouts. Vitacura area is a 15minute walk away and has plenty of good restaurants, bars and a Duo supermarket for those all important Chilean wines to bring home"
