"We(me,my mom and my son)recently stayed at this hotel for two days and was satisfied with my experience. There is a small gym and a warm water swimming pool. Both are clean. Had an exceptional service from a staff member in the dining department. When I requested hot water, he was incredibly warm and attentive, making me feel very welcome. Overall, a fantastic stay!"

A academia do prédio é excelente e a garagem também. O supermercado em baixo do prédio é um facilitador. Jane, a interlocutora entre o anfitrião e o hóspede , é atenciosa e dá retorno às dúvidas pelo whatsapp. O check-in antecipado e o cadastro facial adianta muito na hora da chegada. "Great hostel/ hotel with a great terrace on the lake for unwinding. Friendly staff and Yury is great to chat and socialise with. Lots of rooms, I chose a basic single room with shared bathroom which was fine and comfortable enough with a small side view of the lake. And everything in Lagoa is close by, only a few mins walk to all the bars and restaurants. I would stay here again, and would love to come back to Floripa"
