Já no início da estadia tive problemas com a fechadura do quarto, só abria com um "jeitinho" dado pelo funcionário. Solicitei a troca de quarto foi dito que não teria disponível e que seria chamado a manutenção. Após um tempo a manutenção chegou e o senhor constatou que a fechadura precisaria ser aberta para conserto o que demoraria e que então veria a questão de trocar de quarto. Logo após, ele subiu com a chave de outro quarto. No dia seguinte, fui tomar banho pela manhã porque tinha um evento em Jurerê logo cedo e no chuveiro não saia água quente, apenas gelada. Interfonei para a recepção e informaram que mandariam um técnico para consertar. Após 40 minutos sem retorno, interfonei novamente e ele disse que não tinha o que fazer que eu precisava aguardar o técnico. Desci na recepção e solicitei que fosse trocada de quarto, pois havia água quente em outros quartos, fui respondida que não teria o que fazer porque não havia quartos disponíveis. Fui atrasada pelo evento e quando retornei às 23 horas, seguia sem água quente no chuveiro. Queriam que, mais uma vez, eu aguardasse a manutenção. Solicitei a troca de quarto e após aguardar, foi viabilizada. Nesse novo quarto, a fechadura não abria porque estava descarregada. Abriram a porta com a "mestra" e solicitaram caso eu precisasse sair e ingressar no quarto novamente, chamasse a recepção para abrir a porta. Infelizmente, minha hospedagem não foi agradável, além dos problemas estruturais, faltou cordialidade dos funcionários.
