"Clean rooms, very spacious. Restaurant is great. We added on breakfast and it was worth it. It’s a buffet and it changed daily as to what was on it. You could also get your eggs cooked however you wanted. Pool has a lot of chemical but water was great. Wi-Fi kept cutting out in my laptop but tv and phones worked fine. Has a gym. Hotel has a car service if you ask in time to take you to appointments. Or you can use Uber and taxis."

"Staff was friendly and location is excellent for any business at the US consulate. The local Restaurant Nana Juana also had amazing breakfast options only wish they had service for late lunch and dinner. "

"Nice hotel, clean, rooms are good size, bed was comfortable, has a mini fridge, nice staff, on site restaurant has good menu though price are on the upper side, has full bar, hotel has shuttle service “only to” American Consulate & Medical Clinics, there is a market like 5-7 min walk from hotel (S Mart). Not much to do around the hotel. Note: American Consulate & Medical Clinic is not far but kinda far to walk. Would stay there again."

"This property is close to the border making it easily accessible. The property was clean and well kept . The service was fantastic. Will recommend especially if you’re looking for a family sized suite the room I stayed in was like a two bedroom apartment that included a room with a king sized bed , a second room with two double beds and a pull out couch in the living room . We received transportation accommodations to one of our appointments and the driver waited for us to bring us back to the hotel. The breakfast was delicious and the breakfast area was kept clean and orderly. I highly recommend this hotel."
